By downloading, installing or using the My Bali Support app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
My Bali Support is operated by Traveller Support Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 701 631 736), a company registered in Australia. In these terms "we", "our" and "us" mean that company.

My Bali Support helps travellers get into Bali and get help while they are there. It covers visas, the Arrival Card and tourism levy, storing your travel documents offline, packing checklists, money and ATMs, medical services, police, lost or stolen belongings, weather, culture and language.
We have no commercial relationship with any business, service, clinic, hospital, bank, money changer, government body or other organisation named in the app.
We do not:
Nothing in the app is paid placement. Every listing is there because we believe it is useful to travellers, and for no other reason. Our only income is the subscription you pay.
New users get a 7 day free trial. You choose monthly or yearly when you start it.
What happens when the trial ends. The trial turns into the paid subscription you chose. Your store charges you automatically as soon as the 7 days finish.
If you do not want to be charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancelling after that does not stop the payment.
Price. In Australia the subscription is AUD $7.99 a month or AUD $24.99 a year. In every other country where the app is available, the App Store or Google Play sets the price in your own currency and shows you that exact price before you pay.
Payment. All payments go through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never collect or store your card details.
Automatic renewal. After the first paid period the subscription renews automatically, each month or each year, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancelling. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not with us.
Your documents stay on your phone. Your saved visa, Arrival Card, levy receipt and passport page stay on your phone and you can still open them, with or without signal. We do not remove them.
Read only. You cannot add, replace or edit anything, and the rest of the app is locked until you subscribe. That includes ATMs, hospitals, police, pharmacies, currency, visa guidance, checklists, weather and the consulate pages.
Your cloud backup is kept. We keep it for as long as your account exists, so if you subscribe again everything comes back on any phone you sign in on.
You are in control of it. Delete your account at any time, subscribed or not, and we delete the backup with it. My Account → My Profile → Delete Account.
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot process a refund directly.
If a technical fault is stopping you using the app, email us. We will either fix it or help you through the store's refund process.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any equivalent law where you live.
You create an account using your phone number, Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or anything illegal, abuses the app, or tries to get around the subscription.
You agree not to use the app for anything unlawful, not to try to get unauthorised access to any part of it, not to interfere with it, not to use automated systems against it, and not to resell it or its content.
You are responsible for making sure anything you enter — documents, dates, personal details — is accurate.
Ours. The text, graphics, logos, images and software in the app belong to Traveller Support Australia Pty Ltd or its suppliers, and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not copy, distribute or adapt them without our written permission.
Yours. You keep ownership of anything you upload. By uploading it you give us a limited licence to store it and show it back to you inside the app. Nothing more.
The information in the app is general guidance only. It is not legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.
We work hard on accuracy. Anything about visas, immigration, arrival cards, fees or entry rules comes from official government sources, and where we cannot verify something we leave it out. But:
Always check current visa requirements with official Indonesian immigration sources before you travel — evisa.imigrasi.go.id — or with a licensed migration agent.
The lost and stolen guides are general guidance. Verify details with your bank, your insurer, your own embassy or consulate, or the relevant authority.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information in the app.
This app is not a substitute for emergency services.
In an emergency in Indonesia call 112. Police 110. Ambulance 118. Fire 113.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
If there is a dispute, email us first and we will genuinely try to sort it out. If that fails, it may go to mediation, and after that to the courts of Western Australia.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, post the updated terms in the app, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
